      Individualized restorative yoga sequence set up for clients based on their posture and physical needs. Use of yoga bolsters, blocks, blankets, and props to support the body in therapeutic pose. Energy work included in session. Pictures are taken of client in the pose so they can duplicate the sequence for their home practice.
